Hiver in Gmail

i would like to be able to create placeholders in email templates that can just be filled out once and populate every placeholder. for example, if i have a placeholder for <name>, i should be able to fill that out once in the template popup and then it will populate as many times as necessary in the the email itself. I cannot use the autofill variables as the fields i am often using multiple times are not the recipients name. Setting up personalized placeholders that can be used again and again would make templates so much easier to use!

Currently there is no way to label emails to certain folders. Is it possible to get this feature?
