Hiver for Gmail

Full Monday.com integration to create/edit and link items from Monday.com via the Hiver panel. Also to have a link in Monday.com of the related email conversation.

Hiver works well with Gmail’s built-in mail merge, but currently the “Send Later” feature cannot be used with it. Ideally, Hiver would generate all mail merge emails immediately and place them in Gmail’s Scheduled label until send time. This would: • Allow mail merge and scheduling to work seamlessly. • Ensure emails are sent to the recipients in the CSV at the moment of creation, even if the CSV changes later.

Hello Hiver Support Team, I hope you’re doing well. We’re currently updating some links in our Hiver Knowledge Base, and I had a quick question. Is it possible to configure hyperlinks so that they automatically open in a new tab, instead of the current behavior where they open in the same tab? If so, could you please let me know how this can be implemented? It could be helpful if links opened in a new tab. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated. Best regards,

The ability to allow multiple domains under one company

Would LOVE if Hiver in Gmail did not require conversation view.

It would be great to have a Slack integration that allows teams to track important user conversations happening in Slack, especially those in private or public channels, directly in Hiver. Something like a message shortcut that lets you create or link a Hiver conversation from a Slack message (similar to how the Jira Slack plugin works) would make it much easier to keep all user context and history in one place. This would be useful for teams that support users across both email and Slack, and want to maintain a complete view of conversations for follow-up, analytics, or internal coordination without losing track of discussions that happen outside the inbox.

Being able to change the company name so it doesn't have to be a domain. There are instances when a company operates under multiple names, so I would like to be able to choose one that's different from the domain name.

Having the option to delete contacts that are not in use in order to clean up the contacts page.

Allow users to seamlessly drag and drop attachments directly into Notes while composing them. Benefits: Saves time by simplifying the process of adding attachments Improves efficiency with fewer steps needed to include files

Right now the slack integration only allows for either all users to receive certain notifications or no users. Would be nice if each user could customize how they want to receive slack notifications. A level above this would be an integrations similar to jira where you have a task list of open items in there as well.
