With this update, your team members can now manage their availability (online/away) on Hiver for Outlook. This helps simplify workload distribution and improves overall team efficiency.
  • Manage Your Status:
    Users can now set their availability to "Online" or "Away" based on their working status.
  • Informed Assignments:
    Admins can view each user’s availability status in the assignment dropdown, making it easier to assign emails to the right person.
  • Auto-Assignment Made Smarter:
    Only "Online" agents will be auto-assigned emails, ensuring tasks go to active team members.
  • Flexible for Everyone:
    Admins not involved in day-to-day tasks can turn their availability off, and users can set themselves "Away" when they’re not working.
