We have observed that if team members are replying to each other and both are Hiver users, using the "send-close" button will cause the email reply to be archived and not visible to the recipient. We feel this is a design flaw, and Hiver should be able to recognize when a Hiver user is emailing another Hiver user in the shared inbox, and either a) disable the send-close button completely with only giving the option to regular send, b) have a pop-up warning after clicking send-close that the recipient will not receive the email, or c) have Hiver recognize when internal users are emailing each other and have appropriate filter rules in place so the recipient will still receive the email in their inbox and it will not be auto-archived.
