We would benefit from all the key highlights listed above from Michael. Only thing I would add is restricted access by password would be ideal. In our biz we would love to have 4 KB if possible. One internal, one general clients and two more for two different types of vendors we have.

Ideal both internal and external guides. I image that logged in user might have access to private guides.
