Feature request: Role-based inbox visibility (Members = “Assigned only”)

It would be great to introduce role-based visibility in the shared inbox.
Use case:
Admins keep full access (all conversations + all views), while Members can only see conversations assigned to them (“Mine”).
Proposed behavior:
- Admins
- See all emails
- Access all inbox views
- Assign conversations
- Participate in sidebar discussions
Members
- Only see conversations assigned to them
- Default view = “Mine”
- No access to global inbox, other views, or mails they are not assigned to,
- Can still collaborate with admins via the internal sidebar/comments
Why this matters:
- Reduces noise for team members
- More secured email exchanges on sensitive topics
- Prevents accidental handling of the wrong conversations
- Improves focus and accountability
- Makes it easier to scale teams with clear ownership
Keeps admins in full control while members stay operational
This would be especially helpful for workflows with managers + operators (CSM/SMM, support leads + agents, etc.).
