Would be really helpful to be able to select Labels that should be excluded from opening requests, even if they are in the Inbox

We have filters setup in our Shared Inbox to skip the inbox. We want & need the ability ensure certain Gmail labels are ignored for Hiver and not force a ticket to be opened.
