We have built an automation and a reply template. Currently, we are using {{contact_name}}, but would like to have an option to only bring in the contact first_name into the salutation, remove the " "'s around the name and remove the 'via shared inbox name'.

Can this be done via an enhancement request to allow these types of edits?
