Currently, users can only edit a Hiver Help Center if they are both:
  • A Hiver admin, and
  • Listed as an Admin or Editor in the Help Center settings.
This limitation means that users who are intentionally assigned Help Center editing responsibilities (but are not Hiver admins) cannot access or manage Help Center content directly.
Feature Request:
Allow Help Center editing permissions to be assigned to custom roles in Hiver. This would enable organizations to grant Help Center management access without requiring full Hiver admin privileges, supporting the principle of least privilege and making role-based access control more flexible.
Current Workaround:
The only potential workaround we've identified is sharing the direct Help Center edit link with non-admin users, having them sign in again, and then attempting to make edits. However, we have not been able to confirm whether this workaround is consistently supported or reliable.
This enhancement would make Help Center administration more secure, scalable, and aligned with organizations that separate platform administration from content management responsibilities.
