Key Highlights:
  • Support teams can receive up to three suggested replies for customer messages, displayed at the bottom of their chat screen.
  • Suggestions update with each new customer message.
  • Clicking a suggestion automatically pastes it into the chat window for further editing or sending.
  • Admins can enable or disable chat openers in the admin panel and view a sample of how it looks for team members.
