Hiver currently only offers triggers in Zapier (conversation updated, new email, CSAT received, etc.) but has no actions available for contact management. When searching for Hiver in Zapier's action step, there is no way to create or update a contact.
We need at minimum two Zapier actions:
— Create contact (email, name, phone, custom fields)
— Update contact by email
This would immediately unblock no-code teams who want to sync contacts from tools like GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, or any CRM that supports Zapier — without requiring developer resources.
Use case: a contact is updated in our CRM with a new pipeline stage. Zapier catches the change and updates the matching Hiver contact's custom field automatically. Agents always see the current stage when replying to support emails.
