You can now configure knowledge sources and map them to specific Shared Inboxes, or choose to share them across all inboxes at once. This way, you can ensure that Ask AI uses the most relevant information for each team, such as FAQs and troubleshooting guides for support, pricing and plan details for sales, and so on.
