Introducing Skills

Skills let you teach Hiver AI how your team handles requests such as refunds or order changes using natural-language instructions and logic, then run that process automatically on every matching conversation. Add steps like gathering missing information, looking up knowledge sources, or taking action in third-party systems such as HubSpot. Test the Skill in simulation mode and choose which steps need a member’s approval before they run.
