All new incoming conversations will be auto-assigned if the auto-assignment setting is turned on for the shared mailbox. This ensures fair distribution of workload and prompt responses to the customers.
  • Toggle auto-assignment on/off for a mailbox from admin panel settings
  • When enabled, Hiver auto-assigns emails in a round-robin manner to all members of the mailbox
