Okta helps us enable lifecycle management which refers to the process of provisioning and de-provisioning application access as a user moves through an organisation.

Once a new employee joins the organisation, Okta will help add users to relevant applications and manage adding permissions to applications as the employee grows within the organisation. For instance, if the employee is promoted to a managerial position, Okta will provide admin rights to the employee. In case the employee quits the organisation , Okta will help remove access of the employee in various applications. Okta will help in automating user management for organisations and we aim to integrate with Okta to provide valuable services for our enterprise users.
