While working on numerous customer conversations and collaborating with your team on a daily basis, it’s important to be able to reference a specific conversation. Until now, these conversations are either referenced by subject line or using Hiver permalinks. Permalinks let you share links to conversations with peers over channels like Slack, Google Chat, etc., in addition to Hiver notes.
While this works well for internal collaboration, for communicating with end-customers and acknowledging their emails, there is a dedicated need for Conversation IDs (ticket IDs). It is precisely why we are building this feature.
With this release, your team will be able to view, copy and share the conversation IDs with peers and customers quickly. Searching with an ID and locating a conversation will be very easy.
