The WhatsApp contacts manager is designed to enhance customer interaction and management by enabling businesses to add contacts coming over the WhatsApp channel to a central place which is ‘Hiver contacts’. Key benefits include:
- Enable phone number-based profiles into Hiver contacts through automated or manual addition of WhatsApp contacts.
- Identify users easily by either email or phone number.
- Link contacts to companies manually for better customer relationship management.
- Enhance user context in WhatsApp chats by mapping conversations to specific contacts and companies.
Note: Future updates will include contact merging and conflict resolution for a more streamlined database.
