The conversation followers feature on mobile will help supervisors to follow a conversation and be notified about the updates such as changes in assignee or status, SLA violations, and new notes received.
If you are using Hiver on your Mobile App, you will be able to :
- Start/Stop following a conversation
- Get a dedicated 'Following' view that lets you access all the conversations that you've followed
- Receive updates via notifications for your followed conversations
