Through this feature, supervisors can take a proactive approach to managing critical conversations.
- With the addition of "Add a Follower" as an action in Hiver Automations, you can now automatically assign a follower to conversations that meet specific criteria, ensuring timely and effective oversight.
- Set triggers and conditions to determine which conversations require a follower, ensuring that critical conversations are proactively managed.
