We plan to launch the ‘attachment in email template’ feature to enable users to include a variety of media, such as images, videos, PDF files, and documents within the Email Template section.

With this feature users can:

• Reduce Errors: Predefined attachments reduce the risk of errors in attaching the wrong file or forgetting to attach necessary documents.

• Ensure information for reference: Including attachments in templates ensures that essential documents, images, or files are consistently included in relevant communications of guidelines or product information

• Save time: Users can save time by not having to manually attach the same files repeatedly.
