We recently introduced Hiver’s WhatsApp channel to let you manage your WhatsApp queries right from the comfort of Gmail. For folks who have started using this channel, here are two very useful updates:
- WhatsApp pre-approved templates: WhatsApp has a regulation to message customers only via templates pre-approved by them when it’s been more than 24 hours since the last customer message. You now have the ability to see all your pre-approved templates in Hiver and send messages to your customers whenever you need to.
- Attachments in chats: Your team members can now add images, videos, and other files and have a more wholesome conversation with your customers.
