SLA Reports with group by options, export & download
The SLA reports can be ‘Grouped by' any of the following: Date, SLA Policy, Tags, First Responder, Assignee, Status, or Conversation Type . The 'group by' allows us to see conversations only from the relevant grouping.
The report can also be downloaded using the download button. The 4 SLA reports can also be exported using the export option.
