Measuring customer feedback is critical for any customer-facing team. In order to ensure the feedback is correctly captured, we have improved our live-chat CSAT snippet.
Now, it contains three different colors representing different sentiments as opposed to all yellow emojis before. Plus the positive rating is placed on the rightmost side as most online ratings follow that.
