(Chat) Enable website visitors to drop email queries when your team is offline

Previously, you could inform your website visitors about your team's unavailability using a custom message on the chat widget and you could redirect them to drop queries on your support email. However, it requires them to go to their email app to mail your team. Now, simply enable 'contact form' and let visitors drop their queries directly on the chat widget when your team is away. If you wish to collaborate on these email queries, add your Hiver shared inbox email address (support@, queries@) in the contact form settings. Head to the 'Unavailability settings' in your chat inbox to enable the contact form now! Learn more here.
