(Chat) Nudges for increasing engagement with website visitors
Nudges are chat pop-out messages shown when your website visitors have spent a specified amount of time on your website or on a specific page. They can be used for the following-
- targeting customers & initiating new conversations when they have spent a considerable amount of time going through your website and driving conversions
- it can be a reminder to the customer that they can reach out to your team via chat in case they are facing any issues
- another way to make the chat more prominent on your website
Set up nudges on your website by heading to the Hiver admin panel > choosing your chat inbox > and going to Nudges settings. Learn more about this feature over here.
